Upon entering the parking lot, make an immediate left at the Wailea Healing Center sign and follow the road past the buildings. Guest parking is located behind the center. Two accessible parking spaces are available near the front entrance.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full service fee.

We do not currently offer hydrotherapy services. However, a semi-private outdoor shower is available for guest use. Please bring your own towel if you wish to use this amenity.
